In response to a number of requests, VOICE International will make available a Russian language version of Funding for Civil Society: U.S. Grantmakers Giving in Russia. This Russian version of VOICE's original funding guide was developed by the Siberian Civic Initiatives Support Center (SCISC) in Novosibirsk and includes only those grantmakers that will consider applications for funding from Russian groups; no other countries are included. The cost for the Russian Guide is U.S.$35.00 which includes postage and handling for U.S. shipments only. The Siberian Civic Initiatives Support Center is distributing the Guide in Russia to libraries and the NGO centers funded by the Eurasia Foundation. VOICE International will distribute the guide to U.S. groups to supply to their field offices, Russians who come to this country on exchange programs or other uses. A percentage of proceeds from the sales will be returned to the Siberian Civic Initiatives Support Center.
